Life Choices is staffed by individuals who have received training in crisis counseling, but for the most part, do not have academic degrees in counseling, nor are they licensed by the state. Our peer consultation is not intended as a substitute for professional counseling, medical or prenatal care.
Life Choices is not a medical facility and we do not provide prenatal or any other medical care. All clients are responsible for seeking and obtaining their own medical care. A licensed physician must confirm the pregnancy test result regardless of the outcome: positive, negative, or inconclusive. If you are experiencing any medical problems including pain, spotting, or cramping, seek medical attention immediately at a doctor’s office or the emergency room.
Life Choices does not provide or make referrals for abortion or emergency contraception; nor does Life Choices provide information on how or where to obtain an abortion or emergency contraception. |
